Welcome to IntegrateUp -- a hiring agency that helps service providers find their ideal client.
We're Laura Couvillon and ToriAnn Perkey. We met when we were both hired separately to work for a visionary CEO -- ToriAnn as the Online Business Manager and Laura as the Event Coordinator.
During that time, we discovered we loved working together! And over the next few years, we began to brainstorm ideas for a company we could create together.
Several clients and ideas later, we discovered that online CEOs were struggling to find great team members who could really do their jobs well.
And that service providers often found it difficult to find great companies who were searching for their services.
Thus the IntegrateUp Hiring Agency was born!
We help visionary CEOs find their dream team by matching them with ideal service providers.
We use a proprietary hiring process that focuses on discovering both the personality and the skills of candidates and then helping CEOs discern who will be the best culture and skills fit for their company.
We strongly believe that it is the skills and abilities that a service provider brings to the table that matters -- not their educational background or whether they have a certification.
